I've been tinkering with my Wide Glide and thought I would post some PICS. I still have a lot more to do including Kuryakyn turn signals with fork mounts, bullet headlight, chrome lower forks, new paint (winter job) and maybe a 240 rear wheel widening kit (winter job) & new wheels?

When this is done i think it will be pretty cool and unique! Everyone has a customized Softail but not so many W/G's.

looks good but u gota do sumin with the turn signals they are an eye sore,what i mean is that they stand out too much, go with flat lens or just go smaller all together... looks good though...

Kuryakyn (2317) turn signals and fork mount kit are "on order" ... :)

Their an off brand 8" riser I bought from Cycle Warehouse but very similar to HD's. Those integrated risers are slick as hell but I'm not sure how difficult they would be to install as they mount to the top of your forks?

Nope Steph loves the bike so I got a quick release sissy bar "on order" and the cozy seat take less than 60 seconds to put on .... :)

Looks like a carb on it, not FI. If so, put a dynojet kit on it. About $80 at JB Cycle. Really notice a diff. Straight pipes? Put some 8' to 12" baffles in the pipes to get the bottom and mid range back. With those 2 mods, you will feel a big differance in power. She's looking really good!

My motorcycle project went in a totally different direction this past week ... bye-bye Wide Glide and hello Deuce. Not too much I have to do to this one since it's the right color, chromed to the hill and has power adds. Just a few little things and I'm done.

What do you think?
