I made a few changes to my bike and thought I would share. I still have to get some rims(21x2.5 & 18x5.5 with a 200mm), fork tune signal mounts and run my wires threw the bars! .... I think that's it???

I was told vertical plates are still illegal in PA but horizontal's are not ....???

I asked at Harley and they said it was legal to mount a plate like that. Ill have to ask one of the police buddies.

as long as its visable fro mthe right side of the bike at like an angle (like if you was passing a cop) you'll be fine ive inspected hundreds of bikes with side mount plates in fact my first brand new bike i had i put a side mount plate on it. just make sure you lights on it even those little clear license plate bolt lights.
