    HAVC guys chime in

    So I'm looking buy a house, and the home inspector thought the a/c unit was sized too small. The house is roughly 2400 square feet, and the unit is a 2-ton model. The seller provided me with a worksheet that says the house requires 13,000 btus, and the unit provides 20,000 btus. The unit just looks small to me. I dunno.

    We were at the house last week, walked in to 86 degrees. Three hours later the house was cooled to 82 degrees. Ugh.

    Thoughts?
