It's Phil's plate he can make any ****ing rule he wants no one is forcing any one who doesn't like the rules to race so I don't know why everyone is bitching about it. The imports can cry that they can't race for the plate especially Kurt. But so far I don't see any imports racing in the nhra, ihra, nmca, or the nmra. And all this is about drag racing once someone can show that a an import races in any of those associations then they can race for the plate
