Well to be honest with ya and no I dont have an import or will ever have one (just not my thing is all) but to be honest the plate means nothing to me if it dont include all types of vehicles! (just sayin) so porches dont count either I guess? 3 clarified posted rules so far have been(see bold) and supposedly there is only 3?
1) No imports
2) Phil has to be present
3) Has to be on the street
I guess it doesnt matter if its inspected...

I guess a race has to be "declared" a plate race or forfeit the plate the the caller outter?
I guess if a callout is made you have 2 weeks to race?
I guess its run what ya brung no matter what it is as long as its (american made)?
I dont know if its from a roll or dig?
I guess you have to go where the "current" title (plate) holder is?
Id be willing to bet there is more than (3) rules?
