DOT's on the track as well as street.
as for street or track, that is to be decided by the individuals racing. if an agreement can't be met, plate holder continues to hold the plate

why dont all you guys stop bitching for one second and just go race him for the plate. ive known harrer for a long time and i know he will race ANYONE @ ANYTIME. he by no means has the fastest street car and he knows that. you guys give him a hard time about winning the plate by default but what if it happened to one of you guys??? and who cares about the damn rules. it was phils idea so he made them. im mean who really gives a flyin f uck? its a f uckin plate!! ok im done

gearhead congrats on holding that plate however you got it... no haterade here! it just seems that plate holds no value to most! please dont take that the wrong way ok! there is a metal shop nearby and I think ill just have one made up under nastys rules so if you guys wanna keep racing for that plate have funnasty since you made the rules when I get the plate done you can race whoever you want to for it for starters (maybe your buddy with the red cobra
