Need GT Rear End Parts

Does anyone here have or know of a '99-'04 GT that has the rear end and other supporting parts available? I'm looking to do a solid axle swap on my '01 Cobra and need everything. Please let me know if we can work something out.

i have the stock 28 spline dif and the stock 3.23( i think thats what it is) gears and 28 spline axles. rear springs. control arms.

basically most of the stuff but the housing itself. i even have the stock dif cover. haha
