Just saw this thread took them damn near a two months to get my cobra fixed for extended warrantied items (Replaced the CD6 unit, Rebuilt differential, replaced some hose, and drivers side mirror and a few mics. items) as Rick it was down there forever. That was last christmas. Will never use the service dept. again. Although Dave in parts has been pretty good to me.

As a deisel nerd and a Ford lover, I pretty much feel that Northland Ford in Zelionople PA is the best place to take your 7.3L/6.0L/6.4L Powerstrokes.
Glenn Weiss is the lead diesel tech there, and not only does he know the Superduty trucks inside and out, he also custom builds race engines (Powerstrokes) and does serious performance work in his personal shop.
He is currently building a twin turbo 6.0L that is looking to be in the 750-800 HP range. He uses Eric Eldruth (Innovative Diesel, Maryland) for all of his tuning.
Northland also does many of the buy-back refurbs that the other dealers in PA could not seem to fix.
If you have a Diesel Ford, Northland Ford is the place. Ask the service writer (Mike) to only have Glenn touch your truck! He is the only person that touches mine other than me.
Thier reputation brings in Powerstrokes from all over PA/Ohio/NY. Many times there is a wait to get into Glenns bays because of his fame and demand, but when he closes the hood, it is done right... the first time.

i second everything you say lou, me and dad were trying to prder a '05 when they frist came out and were sittin there with an order form and no one wanted to sell us a mustang...oh well. but thats where the '73 came from, back when it was laurel ford.

they they are terrible i stopped in there the other day to get intake gaskets for my 91 gt and the dude in parts acted like he didn't want to order them and said i could get them from summit or ford racing wtf so i ended up getting them from advanced for like 11 bucks
