cam303 the only reason we are saying anything is how cocky and snobby this kid was we tried to be nice but he had a chip on his shoulder
i know he is the finance manager at smail kia and his buddy works at smail ford (the one on the hyabusa)
i would have had no problem with him if he wasn't so cocky thats all
we were trying to have a good time with our cars and he thought his was so much better and got proved wrong
and yes the fox is built very well its my lil brother's car you are more than welcome to come down and hang with myself mike clarke etc on saturdays

being that Dan is a credible source, i'd bet it went liek this...

- The corvette guy rolls up, proud of a sweet-ass car, and probably feelin' pretty good about his chances....
- Being owners that went down "that" side of the Mustang family tree, you guys automatically assume that since he rolled up feelin' good, he must be a d-bag corvette owner, without giving him an opportunity to prove you otherwise...
- Mustang goes out and gives the vette a healthy whooping...

A few more notes - very little has every been said about what Cam303's car is like, and tho I don't agree with his theory of race it at the track or nothing, i doubt you'd wanna mess with him....

And one last question... probably the most important... if this guy had returned to the meeting spot after loosing, would you guys have shook his hand and said "good race" and not taken it any further???? Judging by the way you've all acted in this thread, i'm going to guess NO - you would have ragged the shit outta him and constantly reminded him for the next 4 hours that a $6500 p.o.s. foxbody mustang just spanked him... and why? b/c you're one of those types of guys that wins with no respect... you've shown that quite well in this thread, regardless of what he did after the race... so what incentive is there for anyone to return to the meeting spot and chit-chat some more?

besides 473 hp is prob a lil high, the dynojets are notorious for showing high hp and tq numbers

though Dynojet's read higher than mustang dyno's, if calibrated correctly, the dyno-jet does not inflate numbers the way that you are trying to say it does... yes there have been isntances of it, but inflated numbers are FAR from the norm

only after the race, lol chris said to me before he wasnt sure about the vette, and he didnt think he could be the audi, the car had not really been tested before the other night, it's just a well built fast car, I know everyone that had seen it the other night is pumped about it, but you have to understand the audi he beat had never been beat on the street before, so for someone to beat it was a big deal.

Dynojets are the industry standard. The Mustang Dyno's are where the #'s can be manipulated a great deal. Not sure where you get your info from but it is WRONG!

just saying what I have heard on different forums and what not. that you can set the dyno so it will show higher numbers than what is truely getting to the pavement
