Keeping it under 5,000 miles per year keeps you from having emissions testing done hence allowing you to have just a few more mods done. The SAS part is a service garage.

I'm still new to the state of PA, I didn't know that. In MD they usually send you an emissions thingy in the mail a month or two after the title is transferred, is that how it works here?

Also where is SAS located at exactly?

Last email I got was asking if sunday would be a good day to check it out,and I replied yes, someone called saturday and wanted to set up a time for sunday and I assumed until I just read this it was you that drove the car sunday.Well if it wasn't you car's still for sale you can give me a call @ 724-562-7052.
