does it need anything besides the carb work? What kind of shape is the exterior in and also the seats, ect?

back seats have tears in them but will work for now, my intentions were to pull the whole back section and make a livewell under the seat. exterior is average shape could use a buffing to shine up the paint. and i think that its the carb , or it just might need a tune up... like i said it will start up (sometimes has a bit of trouble after sitting for a while) will run a bit rough hesitates or stalls at first when giving it gas but after about five minutes it will run fine and start up without any problems... i just dont have time to use it since we had our son.. i mean for 1600 a boat and trailor is still a good deal even if it needs work.. both have clean titles... it has a 5.0 i/o so if you are an old time ford guy and know how to work on them then thats even better.....
