1985 Honda ATC70
Turns over well, clicks through all the gears, all original and very solid starting point. Had a very clean 1984 ATC70 just like it years ago!
dont really look that bad... tires and a seat and its rideable. been awhile since ive seen one though,my buddy had one years ago.it ran pretty good for being a 70,then he upgraded to a 125

There was a 3 wheeler sitting along RT 22 not far past PRP yesterday for sale. It looked like one of the "newer" ones that had some suspension under it.
I remember wanting one of those so bad as a kid, almost had my dad talked into it, then 60 minutes went and aired how dangerous they were. That was the end of that....and pretty much 3 wheelers.
my cousin had a perfect one like that, like never used.
then he rolled it every other weekend and that was end of that haha. i think it still runs it just looks like hell now

Took it apart today.. I think I'm not getting strong enough spark and if I checked the coil with the ohmmeter correctly, my problem is the ignition coil. Gonna buy one on ebay tomorrow and hopefully this thing will be up and running! I took apart the carb and cleaned it. The tank needs some work, great condition on the outside but terribly rusted on the inside.
Haha my girlfriend's dad just gave it to me. He knew I used to collect these things and he wasn't doing anything with it. It will probably be for sale once I make it driveable and nice.
I bought a used coil on ebay this morning I hope it is that and not the points!

Thats nice. I am going to look at and probably buy an '83 250R trike. Supposedly has some goodies done to the motor and suspension.

I'd really like to have an old airfooler 250r project. I rode one once and I enjoyed it. It was definitely down on power compared to my waterpumper but I bet with a minimal amount of work you can get them runnin good. It was fun as hell to ride though.

Just sold my 2002 YZ250 so now I got some spend money I am thinking once this 70 is done I'll try my luck with another ATC250R
