I graduate from Penn College of Technology on the 19th and will be starting in the beginning of June with Siemens Building Technologies in D.C. as a Service Specialist in their critical environments building automation division.
So pretty much I will get to fix all of the controls in big laboratories and hospitals where the environment has to be perfect.

    Let's see:

Mechanical/Manufacturing Process Engineer for a specialized bearing modification/testing/inspection/manufacturing firm. Also responsible for oversight of a crew of a half dozen guys. Am the only person qualified at anything computer-maintenance related so I'm also the default IT guy. I'm also in at least one band at any time, do all the band booking for a rock club nearby, concert promoter (actually makes money), have owned (and will likely get into again soon) professional sound reinforcement gear for mobile events.

    I wear many hats.

I have a degree in Industrial Design from Virginia Tech, but can't get anyone in the Pittsburgh area to hire someone who graduated with a 3.6 gpa and can draw and sketch like a son of a bitch (drawing and sketching is the core skill you need to have in the design field).

I currently work at Cabela's in wheeling, they pay horrible, manage worse, and I spend ALOT of time pursuing any decent job I can find, and what do you know...there aren't any in Wheeling. I'm still tryin to find something in Pittsburgh, but I can't even get a response to any inquiries :mad1:
