74 Dastun 260Z. Biggest piece of crap ever. Rusted everywhere except the roof. Even the gas tank. You couldn't put more than 8 gallons of gas in it eventually. Electronic ignition was always shutting down while you were driving. Wife eventually refused to drive it. I could go on and on. Sold it to a guy who was going to restore it. What a fool.

Oh no, that would be my first car, '71 VW Super Beetle. No idea why they called them Super Beetles. Should have learned a lesson then about smart money moves, but at 17, stubborness is not easily over by logic. I paid $350, and it cost $700 a year to insure, just for liability. Rear ended a new Iroc Z in '85 at an on ramp when I thought the Z went, and it didn't. Didn't even put a scratch on the Z. Bent the cheap azz Mexican steel of the bumper and fender into the tire on the Bug. Biggest POS ever. Ended its life when the fuel line split and caught the engine on fire. That was its best point, that the engine was in the back. Who know what I would have been able to see had the fire been in the front.
