I thought Dave Guy ran renegade?

Any chances of you running in 2010 in Factory Stock Joe?

He switched over to drag radial this year. I am really torn between F/S and P/S. I've been doing some research and talking to some engine builders about short blocks. Believe it or not, some of those F/S short blocks are near what a P/S short block costs. I like the idea of a drag radial and then another part of me wants a real drag tire under it. I was even thinking about R/S.

Given the "simplicity" of your setup and how well it works, I can see your current deal being like a F/S car.....however heads up racing is big money no matter what class you're in.

I'm sure it would be an excellent learning experience and a blast though....good luck if you decide to join in.

I'd like to be involved in heads up racing and as you stated it's either go all the way, pay the $$$ ,attend every race except FL or spectate. If I get into it corners will not be cut, cause to run with head of the pack takes constant revisions and I kind of have that mentality already with the stock short block deal. Finding improvements become more and more scarce as a combination nears the limit. I've actually been kicking around doing the NMRA thing for about 4 years.
