well all was going good everyone bs n about cars and stuff i just wanted to ck out the scene.maybe 10 cars there nothing much was alittle disappointed but hell we got out altoona(which i will say we have many more cars down here cruising and to race)but anyways i went to ck it out guys seem cool.one guy leaves to get his (fast car)everyone saying a 408 car i didnt even hear about a blower so this drag car not even close to a street car comes in big ass slicks open exhaust and wheely bars.so i ck it out to c what is has and wlk away i say im not interested in racing that.then i hear him say he has 1000hp! what the hell and he says look at the guage! what! so then im like i will run that car in my cobra(03cobra).he say something about my independent rear end and i said i guess we will c if your car has 1000hp.so im not from the area so i have no idea where im racing but really dont care so we roll out go a couple miles down the road to catch a light.we leave the line as i always slip the clutch out the gate in my cobra we where side by side i heard his car come alive as i let the clutch fly and pedal to the the metal and i was gone didnt look back till top of 3rd and it looked like i had him by 20 bus lengths.we get back to the hangout spot i said i won he spun or something i was gone.he rolls back in goes to the smallest guy in the lot and gets in his face( adam i good friend of mine)a little guy but he will scrap if he needs to.he says about adam saying about his hp and this and that and they are arguing back and forth. humm i believe because he was pissed he lost but it was all in good fun. so i say i said the car dont have a 1000hp! adam says why dont you say anything to him what its because he is a bigger guy.now none of us came looking for a fight we came to meet people get along and do some racing but this is how this fighting shit gets started.so the guy wants to race me again going back to his 1000 hp car now he wants a race at the track.i said fine i will race you at the track with what i bring for cash. now this is not where i wanted to go at all .like i said we came to meet some people and maybe some racing not a pissin contest.some more arguing and then i try to get the attention off by opening my stk 03 cobra hood!haha. some guys rolled over cked it out we talked about the car some adam and the guy still arguing we decided the best to do was just roll out. ( humm i think i heard that in the arguing)i said i dont care how much hp you got ! i will put 1k bet that that car has no where near 1000hp and i will be will to come to rodheavers dyno day and thay the cash down. i have had alot of foxbodys and ive been mid 9s with about 400 less hp in a 3000lb car! just so everyone knows im hear just telling what happened not trying to start a fight or i dont want any bs like always happens when i post up on hear. im just stating the facts on what happened and it was nice to meet you guys and at anytime you guys are welcome to make the trip to altoona its only 1.5 hrs from latrobe we have many cars that will race for fun or money if thats what it takes.sundays there is a car show and then we all hang out at autozone.come down and bs hang out do some racing what ever.
