    What will make these rockers work?

    I ordered a set of pushrods / rocker arms from Comp Cams...

    In the description of the part it says it will fit Ford 1985 +up, OEM, Hydraulic Roller Cam, Kit

    Does a 91 mustang not have a hydraulic roller cam? Does Summits search function fail (this is what comes up for 91 ford mustang)?

    Or did the cars come with both style rockers? They sent me stud mount and I need pedestal mount. This is what they sent me http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-RP1427-16/ ... because I ordered it. But the only hardware included are nuts and beveled washers.

    What kind of kit is required to make these work?

    Nevermind, apparantly I need machine work on the heads to make them work. F that. I hate summit because now I only get store credit...

    the pedestals of the heads need to be cut down the thickness of the guide plates and get a set of studs

    Yeah I'm just going to mail them back, use a set of rockers my buddy has and buy some advance auto parts pushrods.

    I'm guessing this is probably a no-no. But can I reuse the stock rockers when everything else is new?

    I'm tired of dumping a shit ton of money into this stock motor rebuild. It's not like it will make a performance difference.

    i have used stock rockers with an e cam just throw them on with stock push rods and be done with it
    if you are just doing a stock rebuild

    Well, the cam is new, the lifters new, the pushrods new, the valve springs and valve spring hardware are new. I just don't want to dump anymore money into this valve train.

    stock rocker wll work fine just torqu them down

    Is the only effect reusing stockers could possibly have is valve ticking? In which case I'll get new ones?

    in motors that i have redun as stockers ive always reused them with any problems at all
