Rough night

Last night we had to take "Duke" our family bulldog to the vet for the last time. Duke was 12, which is extremely old for that breed of dog so he had a great and spoiled life. It was just so hard to take the old boy in...he will be missed

that sucks man, my dog is now 11 years old and i think he is just wabout on his last leg...

Sorry to hear about that man..that surely is never easy, especially after 11 years. My dog too, was exactly 11 when she had ran away, and passed away underneath a neighbors boat a few doors down.

I knew where this was going when I started to open the thread. Sorry to hear man. I know its going to happen to us with our two pups and I just dont want it to.

I just saw this, Sorry to hear Trav. I know from my own experience how hard it is to make that decision. Just remember it's better than to let them suffer.

Cherish the 12 years you had, let your broken heart mend and go get yourself another Bulldog!
