You gotta be pumped about it. Most people who buy their first home end up in something with some age and really not knowing any history of the place.

This way you know exactly how old everything is and what to expect.

I don't know yet..... We had the battle of the century with the township (sewer authority) as they kept changing their mind on what they want.... at one point, we had all the permits in hand to start building, and the sewer authority calls me up and says that they've changed their mind.... blah blah blah... couple months later, i finally had everything i needed....
Since then, i've had some troubles with the builder, which was expected from everything i've heard from people.....

I wanna put a date on when it will be done, but with my luck, i'm just hoping for Christmas this year

its been a real struggle, and tested my patience and will to continue with the project.... but things are finally moving .... hopefully will have some pics soon

I know what you mean my house took longer than i thought it would too but i closed on it last friday now onto yard and deck projects
