other causes other than a vac leak can be
EGR stuck open, which i dont know how that blower is setup but my supercharger used to blow my EGR open under high boost
or low fuel pressure, which would probably be another good candidate if youre still using your stock pump

well i see the EGR is on the VAC side of the charger so thats definitely not the cause of your grief.
did you take a fuel pressure check on it just for the hell of it?
