new starter question

I picked up a new 2 wire starter today and was trying to figure out the small (16 guage) wire that connects to it. Do these newer high torque starters have their own selenoid?? I think its off a 93 gt.

You have to hook it up to your old solenoid, just like the old one. Its a weird setup but it works.

Does the fender selenoid get eliminated?

Got it, the new starter selenoid coil wire gets jumped onto the main wire feeding the starter. Thanks Lou good deal!
