    How many push-ups can you do?

    i try to do 100-150 a day, i try to stay modest, but i do like 50 at a time.

    thats a hell of a record though!

    No doubt. I have not done pushups in a while. After seeing that record, I said what the hell. Dropped down and fired off 50 consecutively. Way different feel than bench press. I want to incorporate them into pec routine now.

    you'll never build any serious muscle doing pushups, all they are good for is a quick burnout of the muscles. You want big pecs, you need bench press, incline bench press, mixed in w/ dumbell press & incline dumbell press.
    You want to do as much weight as you can possibly handle for 8-12 reps for about 2-3 sets.
