You don't believe a TFS stage 1 cam and a Track Heat intake is a good match?

i think its a good match, but i dont think it was as good as teh guy said it was. The intakes as i was told are set up to perform at different rpms. So when one would be working at its best the other would be falling on its face.. But i dont know this is just wat i was told by one guy. Thats why i poseted so i can get many opinons

I see in another thread you are looking to buy a Cobra intake......what is your goal? If you have the cash, match everything up.....

    Track Heat

    Small Cross-Section
    with 12" Runner 1,500 to 6,500 Port size @ head 2.0" x 1.2" / Port size @ mating flange 2.0" x 1.2"

    Street Heat

    Small Cross-Section
    with 15" Runner Idle to
    5,500 Port size @ head 2.0" x 1.2" / Port size @ mating flange 2.0" x 1.2"

In the most general terms the Track Heat is the second best EFI intake out there for a mild 302-306 N/A buildup. (read: 9:1 C.R., mostly street driven, 6,000 rpm ceiling) Dyno and track proven the Track Heat generates impressive numbers with the correct supporting mods.

I'm selling a Track Heat as well and the combo ran very well.

Not much info on the Street Heat manifold. With the 3" of extra runner length some low end will be gained with the loss of some higher rpm power.

I didnt loose much low end at all swiching from a Cobra to TF-Track Heat. This thing pulls well past 6000 RPM. It fell off with the cobra around 5700.

The Track Heat is miles ahead of the Cobra.
