How much power will a built Mach 1 block take?

Thinking about building a engine this winter. Should I search for a Teksid cobra block? Or what will a Mach 1 block hold?

The modular blocks are waaay better than the 5.0 blocks in terms of strength. Any of the ones mentioned would be a nice foundation for a build. Add a Cobra crank, good rod/piston package, TFS intake and twisted wedge heads along with custom cams, and you will have one bad modular.
