sold the truck... feel bad what to do??

so i was meeting a guy in wexford to look at my truck tonight, another guy emailed me and i said where i'd be so he said he'd come to that spot earlier.. The guy who was supposed to be there earlier hit traffic and the other guy beat him there, both took the truck for the test drive and both wanted it no haggling or anything. so should i have offered it to the guy who was gonna be there first, or the guy who was there first???

by the way, the guy who was late was former pirate john wehner, and didnt put it together til just now..... i took a $100 deposit from the first guy by check... guess i had the truck priced too low....
