Scott, the first time you run across the center line because you're afraid to lean it any more OR you got hard parts dragging, you'll wish you traded the 9 for an 1125 instead of a 1450.

Finally, finally, finally got to go for a ride today. I actually did get a few miles on the softer suspension settings on Sunday. It felt vague and I only had a few miles of a ride, so obviously I went nuts all week. I don't know if it is just more seat time or the next step up on the suspension scale, but I felt like I could make apexes inside of apexes tonight.

yeah, ride the fvck out of it. it has enough power just the way it is. I will concentrate on my riding/handling/braking and leave the powa parts bone-freaking-stock. I've learned in my short stupid life that stock=happy.

I'm going to take the MSF Advanced Course next spring. Anybody ever take that? It's free and you get a discount on your insurance with a certificate.

Here's some new pics of "Hunchy" with different generic light. When our Tom Cat gets pissed and raises his back in the air, Wifey says he looks "hunchy". She said this bike looks like that so that's it's name.

no way man. $75 for mirrors? I don't think so. I spent $18 on fleabay. If it breaks or falls off, I'll finagle the right side mirror and rig it up over there, too.

Yep. start early, by mid day your done and are a proud owner of a M on your license. Easy as pie to take.. Just relax and you will fly right though it. They just go over some stuff in the books they give you then, show you stuff on the bikes then you get to try.. over and over, then you will do it for real and get graded. don't worry about that either. you have to have a lot of points to fail..

what a gorgeous day !!! I went riding with a sportster and a drz400sm. my bike is kinda like a split between those two. we looked like a real eclectic bunch.

greensburg, ligonier, donegal, mill run, normalville, ohiopyle, dunbar mountain, bud murphy's. awesome!!!

the other two guys took a turn on the Buell. They both got off it with their mouths hanging open. I think I have to write a couple $8K checks to their respective significant others or I am in big trouble. They will be bike shopping now.

sorry dudes. it was a last minute thing.

we were on route 381 near Rolling Rock estate, I was in front going across a little bridge (NOT ONE OF THE ONE-LANE BRIDGES) about 20mph and some woman was 3/4 in my lane. I had a guardrail and a creek on my right and a crazy bitch on my left. I lifted my foot up and thought about kicking the car. Sporty guy, comes up next to me at the next stop and he was just as pissed as me. DRZ guy was a littel behind us. I asked if he saw that woman try to run over me.

He said, "Well, maybe she knows you better than I do!"

3/4 in the lane is possession of the lane. Did you have the helmet on with the bulls eye?
