any one going to beaverrun next saturday for flashlight drags?

i guess beaverrun is having flashlight drags and autocross not sure what else but its next saturday october 3rd. wondering if any other stangs are making the journey

That's twice I've missed it, maybe next year.
I was impressed by Beaverrun for that Shelby convention, nice track. And now I know where to get 100 octane unleaded :)

I was wondering what was going on with the dates....my buddy is racing his bike on the 3rd at Beaverun which would make the FLD's a little dangerous :).....so Yes, I'll be there on the third.....LOL

There's a possibility, I'll be there too w/ some buddies actually racin. Yeah, it was supposed to be the 3rd but now its the 10th. Did u guyz know after u run someone the return lane is the mile er so, 12 er so turn autocross track!? I thought it'd be real tight to be able to run someone then take some turns too!

OK, I found this to verify what I thought I was gathering from ya all....

BeaveRun Motorsports Complex
Saturday, Oct 10th
Wampum, PA (near Ellwood City)
10 minutes north of pa turnpike exit 13.
No turnpike toll from route 19 to Route 65, ride back and forth for free.
Start: 4:00pm - 8:00pm
$25 to Race / $5 for Spectators

OK, maybe. I start nightshift on the 11th, 13 hours a night, 7 nights a week for 5 weeks. Maybe racing on the 10th would be a fine way to say good-bye to you day walkers!

Outages are a nice time to make a little extra coin!

I ahve a buddy that's an engineer there (currently working on becoming an SRO), and my dad is getting his clearances to work on that outage.

Yep, I help generate electricsity.... I sweep the parking lot. One time I walked up and touched the fence. That is it, I know nothing else about the place... one clean ass parking lot though!

i wasnt there but it ran a 13 flat that was the best time. im pretty sure theres cars on here that can do better than that

The Terminator "should" do better than a 13 flat, but the tires are like driving on ice in first and second gear, and if you lean hard on third it will roast them there as well. It may be traction limited to 13+ seconds with the tires that are on it.
