Help with fox saleen body parts

I am looking at saleen body parts for my 1990 GT. All the kits say lx only in the advertisement.

Anyone know why this is? I would assume the GT front nose is too wide at the bottom. Can the bottom of the front bumper cover on a GT be cut to fit a saleen on it? Or is there another reason that it says "lx only"?

you would need to switch over to lx body parts, then add the saleen parts to the lx stuff for it to work, i have a couple front bumpers if you want to try it
