CFI (or TBI) to carb swap?

How much of a pain would this cause me to try to pull off....it sounds easy in theory:
1.remove intake
2. tear out wiring harness
3. replace with new intake and carb

obviously thats not all there is to it so whats my best plan of attack?

I figured that much....30psi and a carb dont go together too well lol what have you been up to mike? I havnt talked to you or anyone for a while....school and work have me runnin around like crazy...busy as hell lol

haha if im not underneath either one of em I'll stop out lol Finally I'll have something with some 302 power (or lack of for the time being lol) Im lookin to build a "hot rod lincoln" (a mercury in this case lol) for next to nothing...the first thing thats gotta go is this CFI shit...ya cant do anything with it lol
