PRP could take notes from Beaver springs. There track prep is a little down but then treat everyone with respect down there...

Taking note is one thing, taking action is another.

As I think as we discussed before the, "management" at PRP needs to treat all customers with respect and not cater to their friends. They need to develop customer service and be more responsive to inquiries. Instead, they do a good job of ignoring customers and whining/complaining about the customers. If they're going to make/set rules, fine, but abide by them. Don't make exceptions for friends or change the rules on a whim.

If their intent is to run this track like a business to make $, then they should start running it like a business, not as a part time hobby. As it is, they make it clear that they are a bunch of amateurs running a race track that has so much potential.

I'm sure they don't pay the employees well, but maybe if they could pay them a bit more they'd have some dedicated workers, not a bunch of lazy @$$es (and friends) who want to curtail the racing as soon as possible so they could go home early. Then again, if they would start the racing, promptly, as scheduled, the 10-15 minute delayed start would be made up for in the end.

If you've been to Norwalk, it's a NICE track. I can see why the NHRA is moving there and away from Columbus. I think Norwalk is making a good investment and banking on "if we build it, they will come".

Yeah. It's pretty convenient that they operate a track that has a decent influx of participants. I would like to see that business have some competition and see if sales would deteriorate. I *think* it would.:) If all of us could have a market cornered as they do, we'd be laughing all the way to the bank too.
