Woot! Its been a while since checking in on this site, but I'm glad we dismissed the Sens....

I'd almost rather play Buffalo... we've never had any major issues with Miller, and playing Boston is about as bad as playing NJ... its boring to watch....

Either way, lets hope that Philly goons up all the games with Washington and wears them down...

Philly may just win, Lol. Only thing is they're beat up with with the injury's to Carter and Briere. Two key players out of their lineup. I don't know how bad the injurys are though, and they're getting alot of rest.

I hope the pens can do a little better of a job with consistancy. That seemed to be the problem during the regular season, and trickling into the P/O's. The only thing making me really nervous is the defense. We're still struggling in our own zone. Hope we can do a little better next series. Ottawa seemed like a garbage team to most, but they would have put up a fight against anyone imo.

haha... i usually have a lot to say, but there's been a lot going on lately, so i havent' been on the site much... i was really hoping that Pheonix could pull it out against Detroit last night, but no luck....

Obviously, i'm hoping for Montreal to win... but its unlikely.... i'll be rootin' for them tho!

The way it's playing out, it does look like we have just as good a chance as any to go back.

Me too, taking out the caps would be great for us! I was watching that detroit game as well, then shut it off once they went up 4-1. The wings just don't seem to have what they did in the past couple years imo though. This years P/O's have been great to watch so far..

Pens chase Montreal's stud goalie out of game #1. WOW!!!!!

Unbelievable power play - holy cow - Caps were 1 for 33 - Pens 4 for 4!!

Couldn't ask for a better start to the series, other than Jordan getting hurt. Hope he isn't injured too badly.

Nice 2nd game fellas, after completly destroying them the 1st game, and getting the 1st goal, you continued to lay down and quit skating when you had to. Oh well, we always suck in afternoon games.

What's up with the sloppy play - even by Sid? That last turnover at our own blue line was horrendous!!! Also - we forgot to hit after the first 10 minutes of the first period. Complete opposite of the intensity from game 1.

Other than Eddie O, the Versus announcers suck, and NBC is even worse. Too bad no more games will be on FSN this year...
