Yup, and one **** up on shero's part there, thats fore sure..

Montreal scores on the few good plays they have because of our sub-par D.

Letang..besides the offense he has provided so far this series, defensively he's been pretty shaky. This game was one of them. Where is all those booming hits by orpik anymore? Gonch actually looked youthful tonight for a change. Goligoski? He BLOWS! He cant win a battle, when he gets hit he gets balled up, looks like a little sissy out there. Leopold, eh average. Eaton? The best we have imo. This is all defensively speaking of course.

Then you have to worry about which fleury you get on gamenight. Gotta have a good d to go far in the playoffs. Frustating.

Orpik is the best defensive defenseman we have.

We need to play hard tonight. Montreal has all the momentum right now.

In general, I think orpik takes too many penalty's, but he is a great d-man for sure. If we play to our potential, I don't see how we can lose to this team. We need to keep on them, and skate hard the WHOLE game, not just one period. knowing if you lose you will have played the last game in the mellon should spark this team up a bit, plus being an elimination game, lol.

well that sucked...

would've been sweet if malkin came to play that whole series. he was worthless and played extremely lazy especially in game 7.

its frustrating that we out-shot and for the most part out-played them most of the series, yet came up with losses.

after it was 4-0, they were 4 for 6. They shot the puck 6 times and got 4 goals. what a bunch of shit

What about crosby? I'm a fan of him, and not much of a fan of malkin, but crosby sucked this game. All around bad performance by the two headed monster errey always talks about.

I will say that Montreal will crush either philly or boston in the ECF's. The team has heart, like the 08-09 pens did.

i feel the Pens weren't physical enough... tiem after time i saw plays where they would have crushed a guy into the boards, just to say they did ... and by the end of the series, they quit doing that... i know the hits stat was high for last night, but i still saw tons of missed opportunities... i think they gave up on their gameplan ....

you're right about crosby. he sure didnt have the points or goals you would expect from him. But i still think he played hard even though he couldnt put the puck in the net. He was always making awesome passes thats for sure. he is the best passer i've seen, always puts it right on his teammates' sticks and sets them up nicely for shots and didnt turn the puck over much.

J/K, I predicted the pens would go through the first round and get beat in the second so I was prepared. Damn...philly came out of nowhere though.
