If you are going with a Steeda rear suspension, why wouldn't you ask them and go with their suggestion?
Use parts designed to work together or don't be surprised with less than spectacular results.
Unless you got a deal on those parts i say buy a complete kit designed to work together.
My suggestion would also be Team Z, I think his results speak for themselves.
    Good luck.

The reason i went with steeda was it was in a swap deal..it was the suspension that was to be on Racefans coupe..but they had to switch plans since it was tubbed and such.

The Steeda stuff works great on my car, 500 HP stick car, 3600 lbs, and a couple of bags full of low 1.4 60 ft time slips.

Well, if you already got it then you're good to go.
I'd still call them and get their recommendation to work with the rest of the suspension but most people have good success with something close to a Fox 5.0 rear spring rate and a good adjustable shock. Kinda like those two bums above

I had good luck with the single adjustable qa1's, much better then the 50/50 lakewood. If you are going to spend the money for an adjustable, or even double adjustable, spend it on the rear shock. Unless your car is really out of balance or your making huge power, the 90/10 is a very affordable and functional front strut.

Several here have had pretty good luck with the Strange single adjustables and they are reasonably priced. I didn't care much for them but have since changed several things in the suspension and haven't tried them with the new set-up.

whats the thoughts of keeping the 4cylinder springs? or would you suggest something better?? as far as big power with the car...doubtful...but my guess on the low side 600hp at the wheels maybe 700 whoknows

Spring rates are trial and error, just like with adjustable shock/strut settings!!!
