hey guys tell me what you think about what we just had done to a 2010 gt at my dealership before and after
looks good, I might have gone with a lil larger wheel, but still looks good
Looks good. X2 on the largest wheels, 20's FTW! Some window tint and that thing will look great.
Black 1998 GT- PI swap, 3.73's, off road h pipe, flows & some suspension goodies
White 1986 GT T-Tops- BBK shorties, RAM clutch/flywheel, Bassani catted x pipe, MSD ignition, MAC cai, LMM lowering springs, adjustable skocks & struts, MGW short throw, DD
Black 2009 Yamaha YZF-R6- custom levers, -1 front sprocket, Jardine GP-1 exhaust, HIDs, custom undertail, custom black windscreen.
Looks Good. I'm diggin that hood. Is it Factory?
17 Ram 1500 Big Horn Hemi
16 Comp O GT Performance Pack
03 Oxford white Cobra (Gone but not forgotten)
looks good, but what do the letters mean? is it DR?
and, why is there a dead guy in the driver's seat? for Halloween or what?
2019 Colorado ZR2
i agree the rims could be bigger and the dr stands for dynatek racing
Looks like they both have different spoilers or is it just the angle?
Were the calipers changed?
I don't mind the stripe, the letters are hideous.
I know everyone likes bigger wheels on the newer models, I like them with more rubber.
The old man ain't my style either :)
Live free or die
i like the factory style better. stripes are ok. i dont like the wheels and what the story with the calipers?
Well.......Looked better stock to me.
The stripe looks good, but I'd get tired of answering the question, "what do the letters stand for ? " Get rid of them.
If you're going to change the wheels, change them, as in bigger. I actually like the stock wheels better.
Not trying to be critical, but honestly it just looks like a '10 that a kid got and slapped together. Doesn't look well thought out.
If I saw it on the street, rather than thinking, "Wow, that's nice", I'd think, "Hmm ? What's with that Mustang".
It may be someone's cup of tea, but not mine.
the more i look at it everyday i agree with you guys, the hood is stock and so is the rear spoiler. its on th egt uprgrade package. the DR should go, i do like the stripes. and the wheels are wider but they could have been bigger like 20x10.5 instead of 18x10.5. i think the best outcome would have been stock wheels lowering and the stripes minus the DR.

hmmm..
in my opinion, if you're going to put the DR on there, make it a subtle color or one that flows with the paint/vinyl scheme. Notice how bad it stands out (in a bad way), and notice how the gray GT emblem is unobtrusive. I'd take the DR off and make it match the GT emblem's color if I could, or leave it off entirely.
I like the new rear spoiler with the 4 posts holding it up, I think those are great. I also like the stock hood with the bulge, and I don't know what's going on with that car's hood although I'm not really familiar with the new 10s just yet. I'd swap that out for the regular hood if I could, or a VERY VERY low, clean and subtle cowl hood.
I like that you lowered it.
I don't like that you lowered it on 18" wheels, I don't think those are 17's but... I guess what I'm getting at is that they look undersized. They definitely look smaller than the stock wheels pictured.
Brake calipers: Come one what the hell. Its not a nismo 350z, there is absolutely no reason to paint them gold.
Only other thing I'd do: painted lower body trim. Not the entire thing, but the right parts of it. If you look at the car, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. A little bit of contrast can do wonders for the appearance of a car.
I'm sure you'll be charging quite the premium/markup for the car, at least offer something I can't order off of ebay and bolt on in the driveway. And if you're going to do that, please try to put together a bunch of parts that flow well together visually. Decide a theme for the car, and go for it.
Anything that's worth doing, is worth doing right.
my question is......what happened to the stock wheels
