pittsburgh race way - saturday oct 17

anyone going? i've never been there and would like to do one last test and tune before putting the car to bed for the winter.how good is the track? how busy is it? are there any hot girls that show up? lol

Lol for T-n-T no girls really haha, the track is alright not the best but the best around here. When I went it wasn't too busy but supposedly it gets kinda packed on nice nights. I'll take the 03 Cobra up tomorrow if it's decent out but I think its gonna be rainin.

Extremely doubtful PRP will be open with the crappy weather saterday. I have found my best traction on TnT days this year. How busy they are really depends on weather and day. Sometimes light other times packed.

Yeah didnt realize how bad the weather would be till looking online.I'm up in Erie and lucky drag city is 20 miles south of me.it's a hillbilly track which i love because its never busy.20 at the most on a busy day and everyone is friendly and there to have a good time.

The Saturday test n tunes in the fall usually draw a good crowd. You should still get 4 runs for sure, though, as long as there aren't any big oil downs. I hope the forecast changes... the 5 day isn't looking friendly to the coming weekend. Mother Nature sure is being a be otch this fall.

If Saturdays rain out, I believe Sunday is the make up day.

My memory is shot... I can't remember if they ran Saturdays with Sunday as a make up last year or not. Regardless, it is the way they are being run this year. I'll ask Greg if they're planning on extending into November if the forecasts look good. I know in '06, the weather treated us so bad, we raced on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

There are a few reasons why the weeknight test n tunes end in September. Kids are back in school, track temps get dangerous in the cool fall night air, there are no race days that points guys are testing for, among them. Last night was sweet, but it's just bad timing. Looks like Sunday should be good, looking at the weather forecast. Saturday is looking doubtful.

They ran Saturday & Sunday TnT's last year... and the year before...

Having Sunday TnT's off the schedule sucks. Big time.

I will be heading to Dragway 42 this Sunday, I'd rather drive the extra distnce then give my money to PRP with the stupid shit they have done this year. Back Entrance being the major one.

42 was awesome... faster track then PRP tho a little bumpy in the left lane lol.

Got 9 passes in for a Sunday TnT

Didn't have to wipe 5 inches of dust off of my car when I left either.
