Got a "new" bike to me about two weeks ago... 2004 HD Softail Deuce with only 2,000 miles on it. Wasn't really in the market for a new cycle but just couldn't pass it up for the price. It is super clean and was very well taken care of... I'll try and get some pics soon.

Congrats on the job, know that place. I have been in a few times trying to get some coating work. Seems like a nice shop.

Deuce is awesome... major step up from the 883 Sporty I was used to. The bike has no internal work done, but does have Vance & Hines Pipes, different air cleaner, and a Thunderslide carb kit... For a big bike I think it runs pretty damn good.

That was a hell of a deal!!! ... only needed about $600 in parts and two long weekends to make it pass enhanced inspection. I would have done it but just got married, bought new house and priorities have changed.

Anyone have any bike projects this winter? I'm planning on putting some drag bars on my Deuce and a couple of other minor changes, but that's about it I think. I'd like to sell my GF's Honda Rebel Bobber come spring time too...

87 softail.. was stock other than drag pipes.. So far its got a smooth heritage front and rear fender..custom smooth fender struts with darringer turn signals.. and a no school customs side mount. contrast cut pulley..after market rotor and caliper.. DNA 60 spokes.. 16" rear 18" front.1 1/8 drag bars. Python wrapped pipes forward controls.

Whats left is a smooth stretch tank. new style controls, S&S carb, RSD velocity stack, andrews cam,,daytona twintec ignition. and Legends air ride.
