I'm liking that Yamaha R3. Giving me the itch to buy something again. The R3 would be nice for work and such. Use to have a '01 Honda Shadow 750 Spirit. Kinda miss it as it was fun to ride except on highway. Was always looking for another gear. Dragged the foot pegs many a times

Got rid of this back in 2010

Nice! I find I have to get used to the higher RPM too because I catch myself looking for another gear sometimes.

Oh yea I forgot that sportbikes can only do 200 and once you light the solid rocket booster you have to hang on until it burns out.

I thought that seemed a little off. And I didn't/don't know what you can pick one up for but I saw that and figured I would post it.

I just picked up a new bike a week and a half ago. It's a 2015 Triumph Rocket III Roadster.
    2300cc
    148 hp
    160 tq

It moves pretty well for a 800 lb bike.
    2014 Mustang GT m6 - 12.97@111
All stock down to the tires
12.53 on slicks. Stock. No tune.

    1986 Mustang 5 speed - 12.10@110 off the sauce
    11.05 on Nitrous babying a hurt t-5

327 stroker BOSS block with junk Pro Comp heads
    355hp n/a
    520hp on nitrous

All Nitrous parts are gone. Turbo on the way

That looks pretty cool. To me it has hints of "what if a gold wing kept truer to its roots" in the lines and design. Nice!

No its cool to see it! Now that I think about it my nephew in Philly area has been wanting to sit on one but they have been so popular dealers don't even get one out of the crate before its sold. Maybe there is a premium on them in your area because of how well they perform in their class.

that's in third gear, too, f*cker! these things are geared to the moon. This thing would do 120mph+ if aerodynamics and testicles would comply. LOLOL.

So its not even broken in and the itch to friggin tinker is there. Shopping for a pipe and power commander. Oh and stainless steel brake lines and a front and rear suspension change. At least mods for this are cheaper than the GT.

Isn't it funny how that works. I've probably put 70 miles on the zl1 and I already bought a CAI for it. It's a sickness! lol

on HD website, it says this Sportster is supposed to get 48MPG. I bought it used, had intake, pipes and HD download. Runs great, but best MPG is 41. The Forty Eight has a 2.1 gallon tank, so I'm looking for a gas station at 70 miles. fuel light comes on about 60 miles in. I'm usually a function over form kinda guy, but this tanks LOOK cool as hell...

Included the fine print that is on every manufacturer's website when it comes to MPGs :)

Not a bad looking ride though, I will admit...
