Given the crash thread, you all might find this paper on safety clothing interesting:

Yeah that guy is a tool and he was broke, so I told him I would buy him lunch, but it was a McGangbang and he agreed to the video...
Anyway, I had an 03 GSXR 750 - really different bike. Had it up to 166 once - felt fine.
I took the VROD up to 115 and it did not feel stable at all. More of a high torque between lights bar hopper. Fun bike and chicks dig it. Pulls hard for a Harley, really likes to live above 5 grand - loud as hell too.
Someone buy my CB900C! 1000 bucks! Needs an electrical connection under the seat fixed/messed with or relay, and the carbs cleaned out...Nice bike for the price and considering what I put into it. Anyone interested email at FMXRider260@hotmail.com , PM me or call me..Have title, extra stuff to go with also. Need the cash, must go!

LOL i dont know why but he reminds me of wilfred brimley (i think thats the spelling)
Nice! How much coin did that set you back if you don't mind my askin'?
My only qualm about this bike... no fuel injection. And the compact nature of the design means any changes are a "reject and hope you're not too far off or else half the bike is coming off" project. I want to be able to plug in a laptop, change a few numbers, and test the results.
I think m GS might be getting a megasquirt this winter. I havent decided yet.
I wish I could do a "reject" on my bike.
Seriously, I think MC FI sux. It's lightyears behind cars and it's inexcusable. I sent my ECM to Buell twice and it's close, but it just freaks out every once in a while.
Carbs=mechanical=you know exactly what's going on.
Isn't there a forum for those zukis? I'm sure somebody got the jetting spot on for your combo and elevation somewhere on the net.

Adam you throw it on the dyno yt to get some a/f readings?
LOL yeah sorry but I think you know what I meant by "reject" :)
They've made a lot of improvements in the last 2-3 years on MC FI, though. The latest incarnation of bikes from Honda and Suzuki have really solid FI systems.
I dig what you're saying about carbs, but FI makes (more) sense to me.
Yea, there is a forum for my bike and they do have various combinations that are "perfect" or "close" but they are often just combinations involving air intake and exhaust combinations. Doing things like significant cylinder bore jobs, cams, or valve jobs and the jetting combinations are just starting points to get things right.
If all I wanted to do was a K&N pod setup with a V&H exhaust, I could do that no sweat. The engine internals I want to change may throw a wrench in it
