Per the title it is a snap on rolling tool cart. 3 drawers and top chest area with room for storage underneath. Very minor surface scuffs that prolly could be polished out with compound on the lid. Inside the drawers abd the rest is like new. Blue in color. 600$ obo Putting the money into the truck. For some reason it wouldn't let me add photos.
