New Member 1979 Indy Pace Car Mustang

Hi Everyone,
I bought my Pace Car Mustang new in 1979. Was a daily driver for a few years then stored in my barn for 20 years. Wow does time fly ! I put gas and a battery in it this summer and had it running in about 10 minutes. Now in my garage . I have the engine out and currently working on the suspension and brakes. The body is in perfect condition, paint is so good just needs waxed. Even the 4 tone grey horses on the side are in good condition Does anyone have suggestions on who/and what to do to refurbish the engine( 2.3 L /turbo 140,000 miles on it). I want to keep the car orginal in appearence but would like the engine to really come alive. I want to have this engine rebuilt so all numbers match.
So any help would be appreciated. I live in the South Hills area.
