Lous car is a roots type/screw type blower or a positive displacement blower they make full boost as soon as you step on the gas...
I don't believe I have ever seen boost at the line with the clutch in on the rev limiter... But on the line on the trans brake with the auto I have seen about 4-5 of boost in the log.
Turbo cars can make boost on the line with a manual and a rev limiter like the one in the AEM cause the backfires are little explosions in the turbo building boost.... or so they tell me.

On the thread on the corral there's a few guys saying that you can but the majority say you cant build any boost w/ a supercharger, but you can w/ a turbo. I guess i'll have to wait & see for myself!!so are they saying you can build boost or no???? even if not it wouod be great to leave with my foot on the floor

On a centrifugal supercharger you can ONLY build boost under some kind of load like a trans brakeso are they saying you can build boost or no???? even if not it wouod be great to leave with my foot on the floor
On turbos you can build a TON of boost by cutting timing and making the car back fire making the turbo "spin up"
