Well I have about 4 hours into this project.
What do you guys think?
I have a few more things to do, but for the most part I think it looks good.

Post up any suggestions.

No problem. Most of the major work is done here.
I have a few more things to get setup.

the only thing that bothers me is that you have to click the little QR thing to post a reply everytime...

If a user sets their options to the treaded or hybrid forum display mode and the click quick reply is disabled the system will not know which post a user is replying to. The best way to run the forum is to require the click.
