Thread: Guys with Vortech Blow thru Setup.

    Yeah I was told you should have at least 10" in front and in back of the meter. I didn't know that the placement was that crucial. I am really on the fence of whether or not to stay Suck thru or go to blow thru. I have had a lot of great feedback and still unsure of what to do. I do appreciate all the input though thanks guys.

    Blow thro all the way. Tuning is way better. Like everyone said driveability is next to stock! I think you could get by with 6-8 inches on each side of the meter. Maybe a tad less with no issues.

    Also as close to the TB as possible helps the drivability. When I was pull through, when a charge pipe came off it would just die.

    To get rid of the FMU do I just need to get a Adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

    just get injectors and new fuel pump along with your MAF and go for a real dyno tune and youll be set!!
