Tailight conversion help!

I just recently purchased a set of 99' SVT Cobra tailights to put on my Stang. I got the light assembly and the harness.
Has anyone ever did this conversion before?
I found installation directions on Mustang World, n it seems a little bit for me to do un-professionally supervised. I really wouldn't want to screw something up.
Anybody that really knows what they're doin wanna come chill/hang out n help me put them in, so its done right?
Any suggestions, I'd appreciate it!

...between them is that the Cobra ones have an extra light/bulb for the amber turn signal to the side of the back up lights. My stock ones have 4 and they basicly have 5.

I'm pretty sure to complete my conversion, I'm in need of a Blue Flasher Unit. It's basicly a Turn Signal Flasher. Does anybody know if I could use the stock one out of the Cobra I got the lights from or pick this part up at Advance or Autozone? How about callin a dealership about a part # or does anybody know it?
