    2v intakes

anyone running the trickflow or the professinal products intakes? i wanna ditch my plastic intake, since i rid of the fox and wont be getting another till next fall. im gonna do some upgrades on the Gt, im doing rear suspension since i got it, want to do a catless mid-pipe, aluminum intake and maybe a small shot of giggle juice. i wont have much time to drive it next year. so i figure ill set it up to be able to cruise for dinner on friday night an still turn a high 12 on wednesday night . so lets hear your thoughts on the two intakes.

the TFS intake is suppose to be pretty nice i guess, but the PP intake i hear is just an exact replica of your PI intake u have now just in aluminum...so probably wont be very good for any gains unless u just want it to use some juice. I personally went with the new edelbrock it looks awesome and def looks like its going to flow pretty good. I also heard it made very good gains with N/A cars where the other intakes only made good gains with F/I cars

I've been very happy with the TFS. Even though it reassembles the Bullit it's actually a step above. Especially if you opt for the oval TB, but it will add more expense, but even with the round TB it's still a great intake.

    Here's some pics:

Since the alt is inverted it allows for larger, straighter, equal length runners. Plus unless you mod the Bullit you can not run a single blade tb. Mine is powered coated black, but you can get silver and natural aluminum.

    TFS Lower: Nice straight runners.

Bullit lower: Curved to allow for alternator

TFS inside: Larger ports inside of intake. Plus it's ported larger at the heads

Bullit inside: Smaller ports and the are right up against the side so the are some what shrouded interfering with flow and velocity.

TFS upper: The oval option will except a single blade Cobra TB

Bullit upper: This upper would need ported first.
