Easy to say when you don't have a car sitting in the staging lanes getting hit with rocks and pebbles coming off of peoples tires while doing burnouts after being forced to drive through them to get back into the lanes for no good reason at all.

Well lets look at our options.

Quaker City... .2-.3 and 2-3 mph slower
Dragway 42... 2.5 hours away

I have not been back since going when they made the retarded changes but I have been to Dragway 42, Memphis Motorsports Park and Maryland International Raceway since that and the last 2 are good examples of how a professional drag strip should be run :)

I thought as paying customers we got the right to complain about things..

I will go back to PRP, just won't be happy about it.

This was my first time back at the track since the Ghosts Goblins race. Don't know what they did for the other events since, but this past Saturday, the front gate only was open. Ticket booth started off with just right lane, before the left side was opened up in addition to the right, so it was driver's choice on which side to exit.

your right i dont RIGHHT NOW but i did and put up with everything ur saying Hell my shit actually got hit with rocks sitting there to but it is what it is

PRP has improved greatly since the 90's thou! Plus the up keep on the whole facility in general too. And I think soon, it might be gettin a whole make over! Been talk for years now. Just a matter of time.

That is good news! After the management switch over they had the back gate only open and were forcing racers to exit left, which is fine and dandy for slick cars but not so good for us street cars.

I don't think in the last two years that I've been goin n runnin there in my Stang that I had to go in the back gate. If I had to I'd be pretty PO'd thou, my side walls on my tires would get all dirty n rocks would most def kick up with my DR's! Although I did have to go that way when I went to Mopar weekend to spectate before.

...n ran @ two in the early ta mid summer, n managed to go thru the main gate thou. The line was backed up pretty much to the highway one of the times. So it might of been understandable to get people in quicker to keep them off the road by usin the back gate.
