    WTB 60 or 80lb injectors

looking for a good set of big injectors. 42's won't be enough with the ported combo I have now, let alone down the road mods, so need some 60's or 80's. let me know

    thanks

I can only assume that Ford is very similar to GM with the high impedance and low impedance injectors... granted, it was almost 2 years ago, but is searched high and low and couldnt find an high impedance injector over 60# ... so, just incase you're not aware, if your'e using the stock computer, you're going to need to install converters if you get something larger than that... just an FYI in case you didn't know

They make high impedance 80's I have them in my car which we tuned with no issues.

I assume this is for the cobra? 60's will carry you a LONG way with a proper tuned car, along with a MAF extender or different MAF all together, and also a BAP. I've been out of the 03/04 cobra scene for a few years but there has been some BIG power made with 60's. I'd figure out exactly what you want to do with the car down the road and plan from that. Unless you doing a TT kit or a very high boosted kenne bell/whipple kit, I'd say 60's are all you'd ever need.

Good luck on your quest and I'd try SVTP for the injectors if no one here has them.

x2.... my car made over 840/840 to the wheels before it finally started to run out of injector with the 60lb injectors... might not get that much with the lesser cubes, but close....

I actually need these for the Vert. I personally seen too many similar combos maxing the 42's.....I'm doing the blower for this next year cause I already have all the parts, but it is going to be turbo down the road, So I'm basically looking for 60's, but If I find a set of 80's, I'll put them on the shelf and use them in the cobra down the road.

I'll TS the cobra, but got too much on my plate for now. got too little time and not enough cash to do what all I want. lol

So I'm looking for 60's preferably that will run off an EEC-IV, do I need High or low impediance? I would rather not get into the seperate injector driver and all that for now.
