Dip stick passage in block issue

What can be used to block off the hole in the engine block for the dip stick in order to use an oil pan mounted dipstick like on a Canton oil pan??

A bolt and some good sealer. I use motorcraft stuff from Ford. Its the same stuff you can get at advance auto in the gray tube.

you could get a tiny softplug or get an old dipstick and cut it off flush and have it welded shut..
