very nice....
700hp is definitely a lot! Are you using anything to suppress detonation? e.g. meth or water injection?

Wow, that thing would definately be one hell of a ride!
Thanks for the complements all!
Thanks Bish! I'm guessing you don't think they're over rated anymore ...
Mike has been watching for detonation and all looks good, however I think we are going to tame the street tune down a little to be on the safe side. The 93+Torco tune is going to be interesting!
Is the graph shown (701) the 93+torco tune, or 93 only?
How many PSI?
How much timing?
Still on the TVS?

hey now, i never said that i took back my statement about the hype surrounding a stock GT500.... but lets leave that baby to rest....
I was just interested... when i built my car, the general consensus was that 700whp on pump gas on only 348 cubes was pushin it a bit... so i put a meth injection kit on just to play it safe... that gave it a few horsies and also eased up on the fuel system a little... since you are on even less cubes, i didn't know if you had any concerns of this or not... it was cheap insurance and gave me some peace of mind.... I guess that's what the Torco is for tho

93 octane only FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very sweet!
So are these numbers after a new tune AND headers?
If so, what were the numbers from the headers only? YOu wanted to know if they were worth it...and i'm curious too. :)

700rwhp is about max with these stock fuel systems, so to play it save we added a BAP. Mike and Jon are still playing with the street tune so I'm really not sure where the 93 tune is going to end up. I think Jon is going to play it safe but the 93+ Torco is going to rip!
This Torco is some wild stuff just add a can to a tank of 93 and you instantly have 107 Octane!

Thanks John!
My prior 93 SAE numbers were 654/624. We added American Racing header, BAP, ported inlet and of course a new tune. I would suspect most of the gains came from the tune but the headers and BAP allowed Jon to be more aggressive.
.... yes I think the headers were worth it!
Sweet! I know of two cars that will have some fun on the way out to Carlisle in the spring. hehehe I take that back..make that three cars!

As much as I love Torco myself, you might want to watch the details ;)
Here is the blend chart....

It would take more than a can to a tank to even get close to those numbers. A lot of us that run it do not think it will ever get that high in octane, and most of us target 100 octane as the high end on the mix.
It doesent exist for anything but 91 (west coast gas). I made an excel spreadsheet that tried to factor it but gave up as I just keep to 1 quart per 8 gallons now, and mix on a full tank. Easier for me to know what to add by how much gas I add, plus car is more consistant on a full tank for me.
My videos suck, but here you go...Thats disgusting

That pull was made with 93 only, no Torco. Peak boost is a little over 18lbs but he spends most of the time in the 17lb range. Still the TVS blower, peak timing was 20 degrees. While this pull was safely made for many different reasons, it is not a practical street tune. We pulled the timing back to a max of 17 degrees and added a little extra fuel up top, attached is his final 91-93 street tune graph. Is the graph shown (701) the 93+torco tune, or 93 only?

I only like to view numbers SAE, it is the industry standard for correction and comparison. The only other way I will view them is Uncorrected as those are your actual numbers.I asked Mike for the run file so I can see it in STD numbers ....
As soon as the Torco get here on Thursday, I will start making some more pulls
