I installed my first S/Cer earlier this year. There's nothing really hard about it. Just take your time.

might not be bad to get some ARP bolts on there when you go to replace the gasket.

You mean studs. Dont make that mistake. The stock bolts need replced anyways. I bought bolts and launched a gasket. Studs hold better.
